Petco it's a good store; actually is the store where i have found a certain dog food after searching and browsing different pet stores.But the grooming salon attached to Petco store: STAY AWAY ! I took my dog in, tried to tell them what I want, they will not listen, because they think they know better.The hair was not done as I wished, they did as they wanted.I had to take the scissors at home and adjust my dog's hair, not to mention that they clipped his nail so bad that he was bleeding when i went to take him home from there.Of course I was upset ! Instead of giving an apology they acted angry saying that this ( clipping a dog nail to bleeding ) happens very often especially when the nail is black !! How comforting to hear this, right ? !! Poor dog, it's very painful !!!And anyway, when the customer says" I only want HAIR CUT for my dog why they don't listen and follow customer instructions ????Very disappointed, NEVER go back there !( Petco grooming on MCDermott Dr # 309,Allen)
