This representative of Plumbline was able to find a solution that I could afford. He recognized that there was an additional gas line going to the garage, where we discovered that the huge old dinosaur heater hanging from the ceiling was leaking gas from a valve, and that the corresponding thermostat didn't work at all. He capped off the line to that valve and I was so grateful because this was an affordable solution to repair strategies that were otherwise going to be way beyond my means. He was very patient and courteous working with me. Thanks again, David, you rock.
