Derrell S. did an outstanding job on the small plumbing job that we called Dan Wood Company about last week. Within the hour of arriving at our home, he had assessed the problem and had all the parts updated and replaced. After I had written out the check to pay Derrell and he had left, I came back inside the house only to realize that I had forgotten to give Derrell the $25.00 coupon I had clipped from the telephone book. I called him on his work phone, and he said he would turn around and take care of difference. Within a couple minutes he was back at the door to make things right with our bill. The entire time he was working for us and returning to give us our discount, he wore a friendly smile and he thanked us for calling Dan Wood Company for our plumbing issue.
Derrell also reminded me to check the website for future discounts their business offers customers for any of our future plumbing needs.
My dad, who is a Jack-of-All-Trades and who was here while I stepped out for a few minutes to go to an appointment, asked for Derrell's card, and this is saying a lot, if one knows how much my own dad is capable of doing, which is everything. He just doesn't have much time in the day to do it all, which is why we called Dan Wood Company for this job.
