It is hard to write this review as I am so disturbed by the treatment at this clinic. As an animal lover and a longtime pet owner, I am truly in disbelief from the service at Maywood.\r

Two of our family dogs have been to Maywood for some time. The front desk staff has been moody, nasty, and short with us on the phone numerous times. They make recommendations and then once you follow through with the suggestions, they do not stand by them nor answer questions. Most importantly, even when dealing with a serious health situation, the vets will not get on the phone to talk with the pet owner. As a human being who has spoke with doctors at the top hospitals, I find it abominable that a vet will not pick up a phone. I have had bad experiences with two male doctors at Maywood and I refuse to ever bring a pet to them again. They do not care about the animals when it comes down to it. VERY disappointed in their care. I will never recommend this facility.
