I just happened across this review so I thought I would address it. I apologize to you, John, that you had a bad experience with our company. I attempted to figure out who you might be, but based on the limited information, I have not been able to. Terry Black is no longer with our company. That being said, I think you are being a little harsh on her. She was a dispatcher and if you were asking technical questions there was no way that she would be able to answer them. We have many, very experienced techs on staff that are very capable. Check out our website for details.
