I just happened across this review so I thought I would address it. I apologize to you, John, that you had a bad experience with our company. I attempted to figure out who you might be, but based on the limited information, I have not been able to. Terry Black is no longer with our company. That being said, I think you are being a little harsh on her. She was a dispatcher and if you were asking technical questions there was no way that she would be able to answer them. We have many, very experienced techs on staff that are very capable. Check out our website for details. Stay away I had grabills out for some plumbing problems. They sent a boy out who know o about plumbing.He spent most of his time at my house on the phone.talking to his boss because he could not do the job. and then I was charged for all the time he was on the phone.If they had sent a real plumber to the job my bill would of been 1/2 the price\r Plus Terry Black there service dispatcher is about as dum as a box of rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
