I used Empire Rent A Car once for work. They had great communication and were very quick, which is necessary for my job. The best part of the experience was that the woman who helped me was very detail oriented. Over the phone she told me what to expect, what to be prepared with, and had answers for all of my questions. When she made plans to contact me, an email would be in my inbox very quickly. They had a fast response time, and fast results. Their prices were a little bit higher than their competitors; but I chose them because they accept debit cards and all of the other companies I considered only accepted credit.
