Jason Easton arrived right on time, and we discussed the issues that I had first mentioned to the person on the telephone when I first called. Much to my surprise, he was already fully briefed, which suggests a robust and healthy relationship among the staff members. We talked briefly, he was responsive throughout, and cheerfully and effieciently went about the job. He did all that was expected of him, and was a pleasure to have around. A fine representative of the company.
