I had a "Minor toilet tank rebuild" today June 29 2015. He did do the job. It worked. With that said, for the price....I am disappointed.... he spilled water and asked for a towel to clean it....no big deal. When he finished I didn't notice the tank was twisted to one side. I DID notice there was dirt and grime all over one side of the floor and toilet. I would expect a plumber to put the tank on strait and wipe the dirt and grime off the toilet and floor. I will not be calling back or recommending you to anyone. I would feel like I got a fair deal if someone came back and put the tank on strait. I don't dare twist it. I don't know if it could damage the seal, or if he damaged the seal when he twisted it. Nate was very nice and answered all my questions, but he is less than professional in his overall job.
