Showed up to the minute when they said they would! Tyler was very patient and customer orientated. He did a great job for us! No pressure, free bid. Did good work at a reasonable price. will definitely recommend! P.S. They came on a Saturday without me having to pay additional weekend emergency rates! more

Outside faucet was leacking. Rob Snow did quick and very informative estimate. I had two more estimates. I choosed this company, because of their price ( middle), reviews and good feeling that was left by Rob. I had bad leack and ask if they come asap. Next day at morning Patrick replaced old faucet for new. He worked quickly and professionally. No mess. Thank you for good work. I will recomended Valley Plumbing and drain cleaning for every who have this kind of problem. more

Valley Plumbing's bid came in close to $300 less than our first bid. They were prompt to give us an estimate and got us on their schedule quickly. Rob did a great job moving our gas line and putting in new plumbing lines for our washer and dryer. He was courteous in letting me know each step of the way what he was working on so we'd know when the water was off. We will absolutely use Valley Plumbing again and recommend them to family and friends. more

I have a neighbor whose home I am selling and after an inspection by the prospective buyer, a toilet was found to be leaking. I called Valley Plumbing because I had used them before on another clients home and they sent Eddie Durrant to fix it. Eddie did a great job in determining the source of the leak and taking care of my client's problem. Thank you Eddie and Valley Plumbing for your great service! more

I had a "Minor toilet tank rebuild" today June 29 2015. He did do the job. It worked. With that said, for the price....I am disappointed.... he spilled water and asked for a towel to clean it....no big deal. When he finished I didn't notice the tank was twisted to one side. I DID notice there was dirt and grime all over one side of the floor and toilet. I would expect a plumber to put the tank on strait and wipe the dirt and grime off the toilet and floor. I will not be calling back or recommending you to anyone. I would feel like I got a fair deal if someone came back and put the tank on strait. I don't dare twist it. I don't know if it could damage the seal, or if he damaged the seal when he twisted it. Nate was very nice and answered all my questions, but he is less than professional in his overall job. more

This is not a very typical company...perhaps I think this because I've had some not so good experiences previously. However, when I called I was immediately given an appointment. I loved that they showed up on time and were wearing paper cover lets on their boots. They knew what they were doing (two,previously plumbers had not succeeded). I could not have been more impressed or pleased ..kind, gracious and efficient! more

We were extremely pleased with the service we received during an emergency plumbing situation we had yesterday. Lawrence arrived the same day, was early, was courteous and great to work with, was tidy and didn't leave any mess in our bathroom, and tried several approaches to fix our oddball shower issue without charging us extra. We are very satisfied with the price and the great service we received from everyone at Valley Plumbing, and will definitely use them again! more
