I called to have an electric water heater serviced. When the service man arrived the next day (who was extremely nice and professional) he promptly told us that the company does not service tankless water heaters. He tried to have the servce call fee waived by calling in to the company. They said no. So we had to pay a $75.00 service fee PLUS an additional $50 travel/fuel/safety surchage fee. I have never heard of a such a thing. When I called the company I was connected to an extremely rude woman who said it was my fault that I didn't say it was tankless. She then hung up on me. I paid $130 for absolutely nothing. I wouldn't use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.
