Horrible and deceptive business. I needed one toilet cleared on a Sunday for my tenants. The first and only thing the representative on the phone cared to explain was it would be billed "double time" because it was Sunday. The plumber who came to my home simply used a plunger to drain the toilet. That cost me $240. Furthermore, he advised my tenants to discard used toilet paper in the wastebasket as the septic tank would not accept paper. They did. The very next day they had the same problem. I called them back and was told it would be billed as another visit. I could not believe the audacity since the first problem was never fixed AND I paid double!!! I called a much more reputable company, Mr. C's Plumbing, who came out at 10:00 that night and cleared a backup drain that was clogged and was located in full view for the plumber from JW, but never checked. All I can say to any prospective customer is steer clear of these guys, they are full of .... more

I had an unfortunate explosion in my bathroom a few months ago and didn't know what to do. I called the fantastic people at JW Plumbing and I've found my plumber for life. Not only did they come out to my house within the hour, they fixed the problem, guaranteed their service, and charged less than I expected. more

I called to have an electric water heater serviced. When the service man arrived the next day (who was extremely nice and professional) he promptly told us that the company does not service tankless water heaters. He tried to have the servce call fee waived by calling in to the company. They said no. So we had to pay a $75.00 service fee PLUS an additional $50 travel/fuel/safety surchage fee. I have never heard of a such a thing. When I called the company I was connected to an extremely rude woman who said it was my fault that I didn't say it was tankless. She then hung up on me. I paid $130 for absolutely nothing. I wouldn't use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. more

If you got a problem with anything that you need a plumber for, call this company. The reason why is since they are such speedy workers and they do their jobs the right way and fix the source of the porblem of yours directly. The prices are not too high and not too low, so its just about your average price ranges. The workers are extremely friendly and they actually answer all your questions and doubts that you may have. I really reccomend this to any person that has yet to find an ideal service for this type of area. You call, they arrive quickly, they FIX the problem quickly, and with that they are out, so its short and simple which is always good since a lot of us dont have time to sit around and acutally wait for the plumber to take his sweet time, no, this comapny is much much better! My mother in law has used them before and they are highly recommended. She said they worked with her odd work hours and were never late. They finished the job ahead of time and even offered to help her get rid of her old toilet. She has nothing but rave revies for this company. more
