Not even a month ago, I spent $1,300.00 to have my 2009 Saturn Vue repaired. Tie rod ends replaced, alignment, tires rotated, oil changed, injectors cleaned, etc. The vehicle drove better before I even took it in to this sorry dealership. To make a long story short, I hit a bump on Highway 41 and just about lost control. Steering was very loose and I was getting horrible gas mileage. I took it to Complete Car Care in Libertyville and they discovered that the toe was off 3.2 degrees and the front tires were destroyed. Not only do I have to purchase front tires now, but I paid $88.00 for an alignment which never happened. There should be a law where you can take these crooks to court. They will never, ever see my business again and I will never recommend them to anybody. Service Advisor was Jeff.
