Despite all the horror stories on yelp, I used Redwood city taxi Cab to get to my hotel from the airport and then back to the airport a few days later. When I was at the airport, the taxis were already there so I didn't have to call them and worry about them not showing up. The cab driver was not rude to me very well behave
The day I flew back, I called them an hour before I wanted to leave. The dispatcher said "We'll be there in 5 minutes". I said "hold on, I'm actually trying to leave in an hour". We agreed on a time and the cab showed up 5 minutes early.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I've had cab drivers be more helpful (get my bags out for me, etc.) and because they didn't charge me a flat rate to the airport. But overall I didn't really have any major issues with them. Relatively positive experience.
