Redwood City Taxi Cab

Despite all the horror stories on yelp, I used Redwood city taxi Cab to get to my hotel from the airport and then back to the airport a few days later. When I was at the airport, the taxis were already there so I didn't have to call them and worry about them not showing up. The cab driver was not rude to me very well behave The day I flew back, I called them an hour before I wanted to leave. The dispatcher said "We'll be there in 5 minutes". I said "hold on, I'm actually trying to leave in an hour". We agreed on a time and the cab showed up 5 minutes early. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I've had cab drivers be more helpful (get my bags out for me, etc.) and because they didn't charge me a flat rate to the airport. But overall I didn't really have any major issues with them. Relatively positive experience. more

I had my doubts at first comparing their low prices, to the prices of car service in the area. However, I was far much impressed with this service from start to finish. Nice newer cab, clean, no smoke smell, and the driver knew exactly where he was going (even without the GPS). He was 10 minutes before schedule in my drive way. What else could I have asked for!!! more

After reading Yelp reviews, I chose Yellow Cab Bay City for an early pick-up at 5:30 AM to catch a flight. Not only did my cab driver show up a few minutes early but he also waited patiently for me because I was running late. My driver neither hinted for extra tip nor gave me an attitude. In fact, when he saw me rushing out of my apartment, he got out of the cab and offered to help me with my luggage. Needless to say, I give him five solid stars. more

We had round trip taxi service from San Francisco Airport. On both occasions the drivers were On-Time and well-mannered. they allowed us enough time to install our baby seat and get relaxed before moving the taxi. In other words we received an excellent service. And I do mean pleasant: Could not have asked for better service or a better cost. I plan to use them for every trip we go on.? more
