Businiess name:  Roaring Springs Water Park

Review content:
My two sons and a friend went to Roaring Springs on Saturday, June 20. It was kind of a big deal, because at $30 a kid we don't go very often. In fact, we haven't been there for at least 3 years. My 12 year old was insulted by a lifeguard in a serious way. Near the Endless River, he called out, "Hey, kid! Hey fat kid! Go to the other side!". I called Roaring Springs. They told me they already knew of the incident, and had talked to all the staff that hadn't left from that shift. My son knows he was blond and wore a snapback. Unfortunately, that describes every male lifeguard at the park. I suppose I'm supposed to be happy that she talked to her staff? The kids left the park because my kid was crying. I'm glad she's trying to make sure that it doesn't happen again, but that doesn't make it alright. The kids won't be going again - I can't afford it at $30 a person. I'm totally mad!
