As a result of the dogs?and because I wanted it done?I did all my own work on the place. I fixed extensive plaster water damage in the bathroom. I repainted this and another entire room (second was unlivablely smelly and smoky). Replaced lock on the rear exit to the apartment, the only existing when I moved in.
