Sall Associates Ltd

So far we have loved living in Mountain Shadow Apartments, rented by Sall Associates. The apartment was clean and renovated just before we moved in. Every time we have contacted them about something they have been pleasant and more than happy to help. No issues yet that needed a maintenance visit, but some friends who also recently moved to the complex had a pleasant experience with a prompt fix to their shower not working. The community is nice as well, as there always people out walking their dogs, and sometimes kids playing outside. A lovely little community to live in. more

I only gave this organization a star because I was forced to. Very poorly run organization, do not rent from them. They will rip you off. You will not get your security deposit back. When my son and his roommates moved into their rental it was a mess. If you ever bring them to small claims court make sure you sue the owner and not Sall associates. They are very cleaver in how they word their leasing contract, however extremely sloppy in the rental paperwork. more

Sall Associates is HORRIBLE. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM. I currently have a bed bug issue and they won't take care of it. I live in an apartment complex and it is difficult to treat just one apartment with success. I also have had a leaky roof and the company uses SKETCHY repair guys to do SHODDY repairs that don't last. They are slumlords, and will gladly let you sign out of your contract if you forfeit your security deposit. One month's rent gone for doing NOTHING wrong? Find anywhere else to rent from, they are HORRIBLE. more

My neice and her room mates rented half a house from this real estate agent for over 1000 dollars a month. I saw this place before they moved any furniture in and the place was a dump, Filthy with ripped wall paper, no lights in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards sitting on the floor, doors off rooms and no basic services that were included in the rent. The kids payed a 2000. dollar deposit and first months rent and when the kids confronted the owner about fixing up the place he cancelled their lease and evicted them. The courts let him keep the money when he claimed that the kids wrecked the place then he rented the place out to another bunch of college students and did the same to them. Don't rent from these people and if you do take picture of the place, call in the housing code to inspect the place before you move in and get written statements from this landlord about all the repairs that are needed before you give them any money.
