After a severe storm, my central ac was out. I should tell you that I have been a customer of Blue Dot for 30 years.
I have an unusual system, and Richard H.. is an expert on it - very few of these are around in residential areas. Jamison (the wonderful dispatch manager) dispatched him even though it was 8 p.m. and the roads were flooded. They know of my health issues and really accommodate my needs.
Richard is knowledgable and experienced, and I hope he teaches this kind of system o future hires -
I will never forget how Blue Dot went above and beyond to help me.
