June 20, 2015 Father's Day dinner was awful... Food served undercooked and cold.... Service just as cold with no attention or empathy demonstrated when a cry for help was called. The GM ignored our comments at the table and tried to bill for a botched dinner that arrived after the entire family was finished eating. Tracking down the GM required patience and persistence that took another 25 minutes. With the demeanor of ""Dr. Spock"" it is no wonder the staff has the same ""Idgaf"" attitude! Cooks slapping prime rib on customers plates in plain view of the front reception area made my digestion rumble... Yuk... A Canyon Country icon sinking fast...
