Review content:
All State Van Lines defaulted on our contract. After more than 20 phone calls, the contract was requested to be cancelled. The cancellation also required multiple phone calls even after assurance was repeatedly given that it was to be cancelled. Phoning directly most often resulted in a response by machine and not followed by a live person. When requests were made to speak with a supervisor, they were denied. I have never seen a business with such poor customer service.
