Review content:
I had a very difficult time getting repairs made and I pay rent on time. I went 8 months with no microwave! When it was 105 degrees, I waited two days for air conditioner to be repaired and they never ever got back with me. I had to have it fixed at my own expense. I waited two years for a light fixture to be repaired. When I moved in there were cigarette burns all over the vinyl and carpet and I had to pay for carpet when I left that I did not damage!!! Don't even think about living here. The people in the office are so nasty when you call about repairs and tell you that they do not have a record that you called about the repair. If you live there, please take pics before you move out.
