No regrets!!!!!!! 2/23/2009

We have lived in Candlewood for eight months with no regrets. The community is very well kept and very quite. The repair response has been satisfactory.Regardless of where you live it is your responsibility to protect your domain.During the night,use your patio light and front porch light,be watchful not only for your property but also your neighbors.Communicate with your neighbors, this will automatically form a community watch,day and night.This bit of advice is not only for Candlewood but for any community. more

Extraordinary Rentals 2/22/2009

I have lived in Candlewood for over two years and could not be more happy with services rendered. They are always prompt to attend to repairs that need to be made and when I moved in it was very clean. The grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood is a safe quiet place for anyone looking to rent. more

Do not rent here!! 1/29/2009

I had a very difficult time getting repairs made and I pay rent on time. I went 8 months with no microwave! When it was 105 degrees, I waited two days for air conditioner to be repaired and they never ever got back with me. I had to have it fixed at my own expense. I waited two years for a light fixture to be repaired. When I moved in there were cigarette burns all over the vinyl and carpet and I had to pay for carpet when I left that I did not damage!!! Don't even think about living here. The people in the office are so nasty when you call about repairs and tell you that they do not have a record that you called about the repair. If you live there, please take pics before you move out. more
