The reviewer who said that cultural differences are mainly the reason for the "bad customer service" reviews is mostly correct. I attended UK, which is literally right around the corner from Ky Trade Computers. Before I graduated a few years ago, our old desktop system bit the dust and my wife and I decided to have Ky Trade build our new system.\r \r Sidenote: I spent several years in Central and South America while I was in the military. I speak Spanish quite well.\r \r I and my wife talked with several employees, including Freddy, about what we were looking for (ie: easily upgradeable, power requirements, memory, etc). I talked with Freddy and the other Dominican employees in both Spanish and English, which put them at ease. We were, in fact, treated like family- laughing and joking the whole time they were squaring us away.
