Review content:
OK people, I have been doing business with KY trade for 6 years. Are they the cheapest? Not always. Do they kiss up to their clients? No. But guess what? They get the job done. They will sit there with you for hours and educate you and talk to you, rather than the larger stores like best buy who will rush you out of there ASAP. \r
\r
You get the personal treatment. They are large enough to be very professional but small enough to care. Their technical people have actually taken me to the computer shop in the back and showed me what was wrong with my computer. \r
\r
You also have to understand that they are not americans. They are Latinos from the Dominican Republic. Latinos businesses are not customer friendly driven, they are all about business and straight forward. So the experience will be a little different. It is not a lack of customer service it is just a cultural difference in the approach to business.\r

As a consumer it is your responsibility to educate yourself about your product
