We wish we had seen the negative online reviews before dealing again with Kentucky Trade. Over the years we have purchased computer parts from them and placed reasonable trust in the company, although the prices were full retail. The atmosphere of late seems tense at times and something seems to be wrong. Recently, we needed a business notebook computer with a specific operating system in a short amount of time. Miguel said they had one in stock (by a major brand computer company) and we were asked to come look at it. He said he would be gone but Maria would help and "not to worry." Maria was nervous and seemed incompetent regarding the correct computer items and box. Freddy was aloof and the place was, in a word, "creepy." While looking up the computer part number, we found out we had been overcharged $175 above the manufacturers suggested retail price for the system (22% above the going retail MSRP price).
