I think if you checked the IP addresses from the positive reviews of KY Trade Computers, they would be shown to have originated from their store or from their homes.\r

I have experienced everything that the previous negative reviewers have expressed. \r
\r
Bottom line: You will pay more than retail for most items. The owners' are not nice people. Your computer service will cost you more than they will tell you, and they will erase things without consulting you.\r

The individuals working in the service department, i.e. the people who will work on your computer, are NOT certified and have questionable abilities.\r
