I'm giving them 3 stars because my computer was fixed in the end, and that's the most important part.\r

Pros: They fixed my computer fine, saved all of my documents (which I was VERY grateful for) and the price was fairly decent ($175) compared to what I was expecting. After I had more problems a day later, they re-fixed it for free.\r

Cons: To put it simply, they treated me like I was an idiot. They were short with me every time I went in there, not listening or even writing down what I was trying to tell them was wrong with it. The woman was the worst, she was rude every time I went in. I only dealt with the man once (apparently they are husband and wife from reading the other reviews) but he seemed much nicer. They never called to tell me what was wrong, they just wiped the hard drive and gave it back to me. Also, after I had more problems a day later when I hadn't even used it yet, they tried to tell me it was my fault and that I'd have to pay again. After some arguing, th
