I had some issues with networking at home and a few computers I purchased for myself and my family. I took computers (all laptops) to KY Trade for repair on a few occassions. They treated me like I was dumb and as I found out later, completely ripped me off on price. I spent a total of over $300 there and could never get problems fixed to my satisfaction.\r

I met the owner of another computer repair place, BT Solutions, his name is Jon. After talking for a few minutes, I decided he might be able to help. He has made two visits to my home and completely solved all of our issues and we are paid up for months to come still for less than I spent at KY Trade. Don't go here, call BT Solutions or anyone except KY Trade!
