I would never recommend KY Trade Computers as a business to go to if shopping for a pc or any parts..........and never again will I purchase a KY Trade computer. \r

I bought a re-built pc from this place and each time I have taken it in for repair I received hell. Earlier this year, I took it in for what I found out later was something extremely MINOR, and they wanted to keep my computer for 3 days and charge me around $300.\r

I do not like Freddy or his wife, who thinks she is the bomb. They are a rip-off business and I pray that they go out of business soon. They rebuild computers then jack the prices up to make it seem like you are getting a "good deal" when in reality you can purchase a computer in store for a better deal and one that will last!\r

Do not purchase anything from this store. You will regret it. They do not care about resolving your issues, they just want your money.\r
