I have dealt with Appleton-Campbell for many years for service on AC and a hot water boiler. Recently they installed a new AC unit for my home. They arrived and completed on schedule without any surprises. Technicians were professional. I had to reset one item on the first day related to the wet alarm in the drain pan where condensation had gathered. The technician had told me that the devise was very sensitive but I had to go online for some direction on exactly what needed to happen to get it to reset. Some further instruction on this would have been helpful but this was not an install issue, more of a design issue on the device. I have consistently been pleased with Appleton Campbell. I feel their pricing is overall competitive for the reliability they offer and standing behind their work. Their technicians are always respectful of the property and speak highly of the company.
