I called Roto-Rooter in Addison because we were having problems with drain back-up and I wanted a professional plumber with a GUARANTEE to look at the problem. It turns out that the main sewer line was clogged and an additional line needed to be cleaned out. Andre aka Roto-Rooter guy was very professional and thorough. He also suggested some steps to take to prevent this problem in the future. I am satisfied with the work and found out he worked at my grandmothers house as well . I would use your services again if ever needed.
