When my regular plumber pulled a no call, no show and my clogged drain turned into a flood on the floor, I called Roto-Rooter. Within a few hours I had a wonderful plumber and his sweet trainee in my basement fixing the issue at the core, which I know my regular guy wouldn't have done. I was kept informed of the arrival of the repair person and when he arrived of the cost and process used to fix it, I will call them again when my drain clogs next....I highly recommend!
