My recent experience with Allstate Van Lines was great!
We had a last minute small move from Memphis, TN to Los Angeles,CA and very few options that could fit our pickup window. Also they kept their quote while we shopped around. ASVL required for 50% down to them directly. We received 24 hour notice of the pickup. The carrier required 50% of the balance upon pickup.
The pickup was easy. The carrier disassembled all the furniture at another location, added mattress covers (at an additional charge), furniture pads, and shrink-wrapped every component to prevent any scratches. ASVL contacted us frequently to let us know the status of our shipment.
They also called us 24 hours before delivery. We had a long carry charge added because it was over 75 feet from truck to destination. Balance payment was due upon arrival of the truck.The furniture arrived undamaged and the driver re-assembled all the furniture. This was our first time using a moving company and ASVL made it stress free. I would definitely use them again.
