It looks like Service Champions is the one I've been looking for. That is, if the company is anything like Michael Kinzel. Michael is the Service Tech who proved to be the most informed Tech I've seen in over 10 years. Furthermore, he was gracious enough to take the time to answer questions I have had about my Rheem heat pump for years. I've been through this with several company techs over the last several years. I'd pick up some tips here and there. However, today I can only say that I've never had a more comprehensive understanding of my system & how better to take care of it. Michael must have the patience of a Saint...I'll be 67 in January and freely admit my social skills are in decline. Yet, I noticed that even to the end, Michael made sure I understood his answers to my questions. That he was willing to share with me what I sensed to be an honest comprehension of his profession was truely refreshing. I really don't know how to say it...the truth is that I was impressed by Michael and am very gratefull that he was the one who showed up, today. But I think what's got me so optomistic, is that I finally found a company who hires men like Michael. Well, I had a great day, today. I feel alot more confident & reassured about a very critical part of my home. Michael is a Service Champion. And if his service is any reflection of the company he works for, I'll gladly be a Service Champion customer from now on! Thanks again, Michael. Sincerly, William Wilt Ps. Any chance you folks have a "Silver MVP Member" sticker? Seriously! ...for my heat pump. WW
