He arrived on time, was polite and professional, listened then examined, stated his opinion well with strong supporting facts and well reasoned points. I enjoyed discussing the work with him as he is a informed and interesting person with a wealth of life and professional knowledge. He proposed his solution with clarity and grace, I felt my concerns leave me, I felt fortunate to leave the matter to him knowing he would remove issues that would arise, they always do, with the wisdom of a man that knows his work and works to learn more.
Thank you for sending this excellent man to help me, I now have a quality water heater and several other vastly improved plumbing system solutions. It was a bargain at the cost and I have the pleasure of having worked with him as a memory. Thank you again, an excellent service all round.
