Really easy company to work with. Had to wait about 1 week for initial appointment, despite requests to move faster. Met with Paul. Smart designer - great software. Went ahead with a starter+ system. Installed 2.5 weeks later. Crew was on time and worked efficiently.System works as advertised. Good quality parts & very professionally installed. Room looks neat and clean and the storage bits are all easily rearranged. No BS in the sales process. No BS in the install. Nice to have that project completed. Install crew leader was Philipe. Good guy. Only complain is the price is not cheap. I got 5 bids (excessive, I know) and they were the middle priced option. I think you get what you pay for and the value is clearly there. My brother in law is a home appraiser and he said that GarageTek is a know "value adder" to a home at sale time. True or otherwise, we are happy. Highly recommended.
