Laurel at Continental Diamond is the absolute best. She made the designing of my fiance's engagement ring with the help of Ashley of course the easiest and most stress free experience imaginable. She brought in stones for me to look at to allow me to find the perfect diamond for my future wife. The experience was so great that I have been back for birthday gifts and groomsmen gifts. The customer service provided by laurel through the purchase process of all these items have been the best I have ever had. The communication through phone and email is always prompt and if there is ever an unforeseen challenge that arises she more then meets it. I am confident that I will always be happy buying something at Continental and that is why I plan on buying more from them in the future.
