Robert came to my home a few minutes ago and trouble checked my HVAC system. You won't meet a more personally pleasant gentleman, and although he had to give me the bad news that I will need to replace my HVAC system, he explained it in terms of dollars and cents what a repair would be if I wanted to keep this 25 year system. He just gave me the facts, and in no way pressured me into anything. Very very honest guy! Customer service and customer care by Robert was exemplary!
