Review content:
I am giving this one star solely based on the kindness and professionalism of their third party installer. The salesperson was also tried to provide as much individual service as he could which I was told is against company policy. That policy should be a clue that they have no idea how to treat customers. Twice they scheduled installs with me and didn't show. And, the one time that they showed on the date that they promised, they failed to call me the night before. When they kept bothering me about an additional $25 that they claimed I owed them, I told them that they owed me for days that I took off work to be there and they didn't show. After talking to the accounts receivables person who was not apologetic about any of this, I told her that I would let people know about their terrible customer service. Her reply was "you can do whatever you want to do." So I am going to do just that. Do not use this company no matter what you are promised. They are unapologetic, cold, robotic people.
