I have lived here for about 2 years now and i hate it! Spa does not even work for the last month and all of winter! Pools are okay but management asks you what apt number you live in everytime you go to it and kick out people that you have over if your not at the pool with them. Over priced, everything breaks and management is just horrible. Instead of fixing up the inside of the apartments they spend thousands on painting the outside and making the yards pretty. I would rather have a not ancient microwave and stove than a pretty yard. Have to pay for water and sewage. only apartments in redding that do that. if you have not lived anywhere else in redding you may think these are the nicest based on the outside view, but us locals know there are much cheaper better places to move into. Try the apartments on Canby road or 3465 santa rosa way off of lake blvd for cheaper prices and double the size also new everything!
