These apartments are the nicest apartments in Redding, they have it all! Most of the apartments have an excellent view of the city lights and the Sacramento River. Each one has a beautifully decorated interior, private deck, and upstairs apartments have vaulted ceilings that give the illusion of a huge amount of space. While the staff is a little up-nosed, the application process is scrutinizing, and the prices are high, once you go into your apartment - you are living the nice life! Several pools, and one jaccuzi near the office. There is also a small gym, and a recreation room with TV and a library of books that you can "borrow". They hold senior bingo once a week, and other activities for the residents.
PROS: Beautiful inside and out.
CONS: Highest prices in Redding!
