I've lived at Manor Six Forks for about 20 months now, and my experience has been the opposite of the other reviewers. I've lived in many apartments in Raleigh and this is BY FAR my favorite. The others don't even compare.\r

Manor has great amenities like the gym, pool, coffee, resident appreciation events, etc. They also continuously upgrade the property and always seem to be cleaning something (the constant sweeping of the garage is actually kind of annoying). I saw a tiny bit of dog poop in a hallway once, but it was gone 24 hours later.\r

Noise isn't much of a problem. I can hear the person above me stomping around sometimes, but I never hear my next door neighbors on either side. The apartments themselves are nicer than your typical apartment, with upgraded countertops, fixtures, etc. Most of the residents seem to be the just out of college crowd, but there are quite a few people in their 30s and a few older and just a handful of kids. \r
