New owners and new management. The experience, overall, has been pleasant. The staff in the office, while not having much experience, is congenial and genuinely willing to help with whatever problem you have. My biggest concern is over their water usage policies and how they compute the monthly bill. We have been assured that each unit is individually metered and a fair and equitable process is used to determine individual unit costs. But the prices seem to be a little high. the common areas are over-watered and the majority of it runs down the hill to the front doors of the apartments and then eventually out into the drains. It just makes you wonder who is actually paying for ""that"" water.
