THIS APT COMPLEX OF 50 UNITS HAS A HIGH & FREQUENT OCCUPANT TURNOVER. NEW PEOPLE COME DURING THE DAY WHEN IT'S QUIET AND MOST PEOPLE ARE AT WORK, SEE THE PRETTY BALLOONS IN FRONT AND THE NICE TRIMMED PLANTS, SIGN THE "DOTTED" LINE(LEASE) AND AFTER A COUPLE OF NIGHTS THEY'RE SSTRESSED &CONFUSED.\r

HERE IS MY STORY\r
My aunt lives here since 2005. Lady named - Bagrbara age 56approx, runs it(currently), She - brings her boyfriends to her apt where she holds customer's leases and privite finance info. Walls are very thin so noise travels easily.A lot of late nite biker parties in garages. Lots of petty crime, Drug activity and late nite police visits. No security or surviellance. Bicycles get stolen a lot. Cars get broken into. Manager does no screening on new applicants.\r
Management co. will not answer complaints. Rents are $1
