My aunt lives here since 2005. Lady named - Bagrbara age 56approx, runs it(currently), She - brings her boyfriends to her apt where she holds customer's leases and privite finance info. Walls are very thin so noise travels easily.A lot of late nite biker parties in garages. Lots of petty crime, Drug activity and late nite police visits. No security or surviellance. Bicycles get stolen a lot. Cars get broken into. Manager does no screening on new applicants.\r
