My long-time, trusted mechanic called for a part at Tiffany Springs Honda and was told they wouldn't sell to an independent mechanic. I talked to the parts department as well and eventually was grudgingly told they would sell him the transmission. Sounds like a large dealership trying to run the small guys out of business. He called Lee Summit Honda and had no such problem...they willingly sold him what he needed. They may be a good dealership for buying a car, but I don't like their tactics in the parts department when they want to take the business away from independent businesses.
