Recently, when Service Experts of Raleigh sent their technician, Ben Olorvida, to diagnose problem with noisy AC/Dehumidifer system, he treated me with the utmost respect when explaining the problem and the necessary repairs that were needed. I was very impressed with Ben's professional manner, wealth of knowledge and expertise which gave me the confidence for him to do the necessary repairs as explained.\r

Any time we have ever needed attention for our systems, Service Experts were always courteous and promptly sent technicians to address and diagnose the problems----even when problem was discovered and reported after usual business hours. Each of their technicians have always provided excellent and professional service, and as a long-time customer since 1979, I would highly recommend Service Experts for any heating and cooling services.
