Review content:
We've been taking our cats to TLC for years, and have only had a very positive experience. When one of our cats had to be put to sleep, we received a condolences card signed from the entire staff at TLC. Today we had to take our kitty in and almost went to another vet because the reviews we saw were so terrible, we were horrified. The biggest mistake would have been if we didn't go back to TLC.\r
The staff was terrific. We had an apmt, and while waiting an emergency dog came in that was seizing. The dog was taken back immediately. Although the waiting room was busy, the staff did a great job keeping everyone calm.\r
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet for a sick animal. I'm so glad I ignored the reviews.
