This is the worst animal hospital in L.A!\r

I started using TLC because it was close and very clean. Immediately, I noticed the doctors were more concerned with selling services than in providing care. The front desk staff are rude and the doctor was just as bad. \r
Recently, I noticed a lump on my cat and took him in. The doctor took tests, ran up an $800 bill and sent me home telling me the cat needed dental work. I had to call repeatedly to get the results, untimately demanding any doctor on duty read the chart. He said nothing was abnormal with the cat. (The cat had dropped 4 pounds in a month and had a egg sized tumor - apparantly nothing to be cocerned about.) \r
My cat's condition progressively worsened and two days later I took him to another pet center where he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. TLC could not have saved my cat, but correct information and courteous service would have helped make him comfortable.\r

Stay away from this place if you love your pet.
